There some school of tought that think price is random but i think this is not correct but from the quarter theory players usually pull price to certain levels repetitively

I think price movements are historically repetitiveness because it is a collective reflection of human behaviour. Human is bounds to repeat their action and habit again and again. This formed the basis of technical analysis.
