0 Votes An EA is an expert advisor - one that automatically takes trades for you based on a specific set of indicators. If by EA expert you mean a Mt4 programmer who can draw up your program for you, your best bet is to head on over to Mt4 forums. You can ask people there on how to program your desired signals.
