0 Votes Check your subcribe broadband and check for SMTP server, it should be something like "mail.XXX.com", Go to MT4 and open the Tools folder. Click on options and open the tabs labeled Email. enter in your SMTP server. On SMTP login, put your login id for the broadband that you subscribe. SMTP password, enter your password. Then at the From put in your login id which you have entered at SMTP login. At the To : you put your yahoo or hotmail or gmail email address. That's all. by RPT 1 year ago by RPT 1 year ago

Go to menu --> tools/options/email tab on the MT4 platform:

Set the following information which is provided by your email provider.

SMTP Server
SMTP Login
SMTP Passsword

Press Test button to try it.
