Depends on what the EA's are program for. Those that manage your trades and allow you to enter profit targets, stop loss, trailing stops are not risky while those that are program with certain strategies are risky as you do not know what are the signals or indicators that are being used and what stop loss they are set. Also with these EA's they are mostly backtested but not forward tested when market conditions have already changed. |

Yes, using EA is risky if you don't forward test it first with a demo. If it looks promising then you can try it with real money on mini or micro lot and to see the real action without risking too much. |

Most are garbage and do not work effectively. Have terrible Risk:Reward and the settings are not correct. |
