Fridays because:
1) Traders wary of holding positions over the weekend incase of surprises.
2) Traders take profits on positions held through the week, or do last minute highly-leveraged revenge trades to reduce losses.

Also Mondays, because:
1) Liquidity is low at the beginning of the week.
2) Traders are uncertain of broad trend for the week because of lack of economic data, or gaps in prices over the weekend.
